After graduating from the University of Leeds in 2000, via a bit of travel, I joined a start-up employee benefit consultancy who were building software to drag the pension industry into the 21st century. As there were only five of us, life was fast, flexible and fun.
Over the next 13 years, we built a business delivering £38m revenue and £8m profit supporting 250 clients and 500,000 employees across 13 countries.
But, this was just my warm-up.
In 2013 I threw caution to the wind and co-founded nudge.
