Built a successful career in banking and finance, leading large-scale digital transformation projects for Barclays, RBS and then HSBC globally. Most notably, led the development of HSBC’s global MIT strategy that continues to drive the business today.
In 2015, I founded Yielders, the UK’s first Islamic Fintech and one of the UK’s leading P2P organisations. Since its inception Yielders boasts over 8,000 customers with a significant reinvestment rate of 72%. One of the largest platform in its segments Globally.
In 2020, passionate about developments within Open Banking and Open Finance, I co-founded mmob, raising £1m, to connect established digital service providers and fintech to new innovative products that add value to their consumers and deliver increased activity, customer acquisition, and revenues to their business.
I am currently focused on advancing mmob’s mission, developing a network of connected fintechs and digital propositions that will allow for the mass adoption of Open Finance in a way that create benefits to consumers.
